Today Pete woke up, like a child at Christmas. He had waited his whole life for this day. Before we could get on the bus to hit WrestleMania, we had an important date with AXXESS. We were fortunate enough to meet Samoa Joe, have some pics and get an autograph.
Next we loaded up on the bus to get to WrestleMania. We were very lucky the travel package tickets we purchased included a bus transfer to and from the event.
When we arrived at AT&T stadium, it was hot as hell outside and there were people everywhere. Every patch of shade was filled with bodies. Not too long after 2, we decided to stand in line to get in as there were some pre-WrestleMania matches on and we wanted to enjoy the whole experience. Unfortunately there were massive dramas getting into the stadium and there was absolutely no coordinated communication to the tens of thousands of people stuck outside the event. Very poor all round from AT&T Stadium and WWE. About 3 mins before WrestleMania officially started, we got to our seat.
After WrestleMania we bussed back to the motel, where we recorded our podcast. Just Pete and I shooting the breeze about the events of the evening. I will post this sometime when we have time, which means it will probably go up after we get home.
